Delete your NextBrick account

Option 1: delete it in the app

For homeowners and prospective clients.

1. Sign in to the NextBrick app.
2. Open Profile → Account → Delete account. If you have not started a project yet, tap Delete my account at the bottom of the home screen.
3. Read what will be removed and kept, enter your password and confirm.

Option 2: request deletion by email

Use this if you no longer have the app installed, or if you are a supervisor or builder (those accounts are managed by NextBrick).

Email privacy@v4nextbrick.com from the email address registered on your account, with the subject "Delete my NextBrick account". We may ask you to confirm your identity. We aim to complete requests within 30 days and will confirm by email when it is done.

What is deleted

• Your sign-in, name, email address, phone number and profile photo
• Your project brief and preferences
• Your notifications, push-notification registration and app settings
• Your email address and phone number are released, so you can register again later

What is kept

Records of completed or cancelled projects, such as reports, evidence, payment verification records and the digital project archive, are kept as business and legal records for the periods in section 8 of our Privacy Policy (up to 7 years after a project closes unless your agreement says otherwise).

After deletion they are no longer linked to your name or contact details; they show only as belonging to a "Deleted user".

If you have a project in progress

An account with a project that is still in progress or on hold cannot be deleted until the project is completed or cancelled. Email privacy@v4nextbrick.com and we will help you with the options.

Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
