What the App does

Early Builders is a learning tracker. Depending on your role, it lets you:

• Students: watch lessons, take private notes, see and update assigned tasks, hand in assignments, see live classes and your attendance, follow your batch's project board, and see your membership status.
• Teachers: manage lessons, assign and review tasks and assignments, schedule live classes, mark attendance, and follow the project board of the batches assigned to them.
• Admins: manage accounts, batches, teachers, membership and payment records.

Eligibility

The App is meant for adults. If you are under 18, you may use it only with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian, who agrees to these Terms on your behalf and who has arranged your place in the programme with our team.

Accounts

• Students create their own account with a name, email address, phone number and password. Teacher and admin accounts are created only by an admin.
• Give accurate information and keep it up to date.
• Keep your password private. You are responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us at once at v4devlabs@gmail.com if you think someone else has used it.
• One account is for one person. Do not share it.
• A temporary password given to a teacher or admin should be changed after the first login.

Membership, access and fees

• Signing up creates a pending account. Access to lessons and tasks is unlocked by our team once your membership is arranged.
• Fees are paid outside the App, directly to the programme team. The App does not take payments and does not collect card or bank details.
• Our team records each payment in the App. Your access runs for the period that has been paid for. When a period ends, the App may show a renewal reminder and then restrict access until the next payment is recorded. Your tasks, notes and history are kept while access is restricted.
• Fees, refunds and the length of the programme are as agreed with the programme team when you joined. Nothing in the App changes that agreement.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• break the law or help anyone else to;
• share your account, or log in to another person's account;
• upload or link to anything unlawful, harmful, harassing, hateful or sexually explicit, or that infringes someone else's rights;
• hand in work that is not yours, or copy another student's work, as your own;
• copy, record, download, redistribute or sell the lessons, videos, documents or other programme content;
• try to break into, overload, probe or reverse engineer the App or its servers, or get around its access controls;
• use the App to send spam or to contact people for any purpose other than the programme.

Your content

"Your content" means what you put into the App: your profile details and photo, task updates and comments, private lesson notes, assignment links and files, and project board cards.

• You own your content.
• You give V4 DevLabs a limited, non-exclusive licence to store, display and process your content only as needed to run the App and the programme, for example to show your submission to your teacher.
• Your teachers and admins can see the content you share for tasks, assignments and project boards. Your private lesson notes are visible only to you.
• You are responsible for your content and must have the right to share it.

Programme content and intellectual property

The App, its design, logos, lessons, documents and other programme material belong to V4 DevLabs or its licensors and are protected by law. We give you a personal, non-transferable, revocable right to use the App and the content for your own learning for as long as you have access. No other rights are given.

Some lesson videos are played from YouTube inside the App. Those videos are also subject to YouTube's own terms and policies.

Teachers and admins

Teachers and admins use the App only to run the programme. They must keep student information confidential, use it only for the programme, and not share it outside the programme. A teacher's professional details (such as title, skills and experience) may be shown to admins as part of their profile.

Suspension and ending

• We may suspend or end your access if you break these Terms, if your membership lapses, or if we must do so by law. Where it is reasonable, we will tell you why.
• You may stop using the App at any time. Students can close their account in the App (Profile, then Delete account). Teachers and admins can ask us to close theirs by emailing v4devlabs@gmail.com. Availability and changes to the App

We work to keep the App available and accurate, but we do not promise that it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change, add or remove features, or pause the App for maintenance, at any time.

Disclaimers

The App and the programme are provided "as is" and "as available". The programme is for learning. We do not promise any particular result, grade, job or income from using it. To the extent the law allows, we give no warranty other than those that cannot legally be excluded.

Limit of liability

To the extent the law allows, V4 DevLabs is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for loss of data, profit or opportunity, arising from your use of the App. Our total liability to you for any claim about the App is limited to the amount you paid to the programme in the three months before the claim arose. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. When we make an important change, we will tell you in the App or by email. The date at the top shows when the Terms were last changed. If you keep using the App after a change, you accept the new Terms.

Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. We will first try to settle any dispute by talking to you. If that does not work, the courts at Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala, have jurisdiction.
